Vacations and sporting events are great but they aren't the only way to spend quality time together. Volunteering as a family also is a wonderful way to have fun and enjoy each other’s company, all while making your community a kinder, better place. Here are some tips for summer volunteering:
Anxiety and Depression Support Group
1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month
6:00pm – 7:30pm
Support groups help you feel less isolated as you make connections and share experiences. They bring together people facing similar struggles.
All support groups are free and open to adults experiencing the specific group's specific challenge.
